Workforce Development is a private training provider and has been operating since the early 90’s. Under the umbrella of Workforce there are many different niches; one of the niches is the Enterprise Training Programme which is funded by NZTE and allows us to put Business Training workshops on for Small to Medium size businesses in Hawkes Bay.
The facilitators of the workshops are knowledgeable in their areas, such as Business Planning and Sales & Marketing. Nathalie is one of those facilitators. I have worked with Nathalie for 12 months now as the facilitator of both of these workshops. I have found Nathalie accessible at all times and very professional and approachable. Nathalie has made the Business Training programme very easy to organise with her warm approach. As the coordinator of the workshops, this has made my job very easy to arrange. It is always a pleasure to work with Nathalie. I hope we continue to do so in the future.
